During his tenure at the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science, Dr. Heath Stevens has become a staple of MSMS culture and has positioned himself as a vital member of the faculty. Though Stevens has filled many roles among the MSMS faculty, such as psychology instructor and counselor, he also experienced the pivotal core of our school: being a student. Social Media Editor Alden Wiygul and Lead Copy Editor Muneebah Umar had a chance to sit down with the Class of 2001 alum and ask him some questions about both his time in front of and behind the coveted teacher’s desk.
