Dorm Recipes: Scrambled Eggs

Even though the dining hall started opening up the omelet station from Monday-Sunday, maybe you want to cook up some eggs yourself! So here is what you need and how to do it!

Ingredients:

*Eggs

*Vegetable Spread

*Microwavable container

*Microwave

Step 1) Spread the vegetable spread in your microwavable container

Step 2) Crack an egg (or two) into the container

Step 3) Break the yolk and “scramble” your egg(s)

Step 4) Microwave the egg in increments of 5-15 seconds

Step 5) Take the container out of the microwave after the increments of 5-15 seconds of cooking is finished, then stir up the contents

Step 6) Continue steps 4-5 until desired egg “doneness” is reached

Step 7) Season to taste and serve
