MSMS Blue Waves Swim team traveled to the Sanderson Center at Mississippi State University on Sept. 14 to compete in the meet hosted by Starkville High School.

Captain Angie Harri said, “This season has a lot more potential than the past years because the members of the team are more experienced and have swam longer than in years before. The juniors show great promise and most of the seniors from last year have returned to the team.

“Most people look at MSMS swimmers like we don’t belong here, but I believe that this year our skill will shine through, especially since we are having many successes early on in the season,” Harri said.
